Refund and Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Requests for refund must be submitted within 14 days of program enrollment or service purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not available except for cancellation requests on subscription programs within their specified windows.
2. Subscription Programs
Monthly Alignment Program enrollees may cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, the current month's fee is non-refundable; cancellation takes effect the following month.
3. Team Programs
Custom team wellness programs are non-refundable after 14 days. Modifications may be requested at no charge within the first month.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact info@bloomankle.world with your enrollment details. Processing takes 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Return of Materials
Digital materials (guides, videos, resources) are non-returnable. Physical materials (if any) must be returned in original condition within 14 days for consideration.
6. No Guarantee Policy
Our programs are educational only. We make no guarantees about results, outcomes, or specific benefits. Refunds are based on service delivery issues, not satisfaction with results.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if: (a) service was fully delivered and used, (b) cancellation is outside the specified window, or (c) request violates these terms.
